ABOUT SARAH
Sarah became a personal trainer in 2008 because she sensed that we are here to grow, evolve, and transform. Back in 2008, and still today, the most common personal transformation stories she saw were external, often achieved in a gym.
Sarah quickly realized that there is more to health than the traditional view of "diet and exercise” and has immersed herself in exploring what it means to be truly healthy. Health is not just about the way we look; it encompasses how we think, feel, express ourselves, and the way we connect with ourselves, others, and the world. Rather than view health as merely a destination, Sarah believes that health is a profound exploration of the soul and the rhythm of our daily lives.
As a guide, coach, and educator Sarah skillfully weaves together daily rituals, meditation and spiritual guidance with physical fitness, crafting a profound, life-altering journey for her clients. Her contagious belief in a comprehensive lifestyle approach to well-being has inspired countless individuals to reimagine their relationship with health, transcending the confines of the gym or kitchen to infuse health into every moment of their lives.
